singapore@marina bay sands

After somerset, i asking my friend to marina bay due to a new casino located there. it was my first time entering casino after 21st years old, the feel is happy and excited. but just for looking around the design of casino and attitude of gambler definitely not for gambling. the day before, my "sao sao" also told me some functions will held at there included firework, liveband and ... because of Youth Olympics held in Singapore on that time. that why i insist on going there.

here are some interesting matters to introduce.

A combination of 26sports of inaugural youth olympic games. it called as A WORLD UNITED which believed that unity and connection between individuals can be achieved through sport. it also had been mentioned before FIFA came to South Africa 2010 by former president - Nelson Mandela.

Lyo and Merly-mascot of Youth Olympics Singapore

Lyo is short for "Lion of the Youth Olympics".
A sports lover, he is fun-loving and hopes to inspire young people to keep fit and enjoy sports for life. He symbolises youths' boundless energy, their determination to live life to the fullest and zeal to strive for Excellence.

Merly got her name from "mer" (meaning the sea) and "l y" stand for liveliness and youthfulness. A passionate advocate of environment protection, Merly believes that everyone has a role to play in working towards a sustainable future. She also wants to encourage young people to play an active role in their communities and promote respect for one.

when your wishing coin entering the hole at centre there, it means your wish will be achieved in future, but don't know how long the time it takes.=)
if the coin did not enter the hole, it means you need to donate your money to them, haha~

casino in marina bay sands

we don't know where the entrance of casino due to first time. hence, taking a guidebook so that we can search for the actual entrance way. the map showing the casino entrance located at ground floor but when we reach there, the security said "here is the entrance for Singaporeans". suddenly, i felt =.='''...wordless...i think may be Singaporeans need to pay 100 dollars as entrance fee but Malaysian no need to pay, so they separate the entrance for Singaporeans and foreigner. Again, walk and walk to find the entrance, lastly we meet it at first floor. i quickly take the photo and enter the casino because tired of finding the entrance.

behind me is the sky park on the top of marina bay sands. the entrance fee is 20dollars if not mistaken. we decided to see the night view at here instead of up there because of the expensive entrance fee. the building and bridge here fulled with the pretty light. it will be a romantic night for you if going with your partner. nice to recommend to friends.
